The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024 re-exam tentative answer keys have been made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the 1563 candidates who experienced technical difficulties on the first exam on May 5, 2024, a reexamination was conducted on June 23, 2024. The recorded responses, OMR answer sheets, and tentative answer keys are now subject to challenge by candidates. Here's how to go about it:

Processing Charge:
Key Challenge Answer: ₹200 (non-refundable) per question
OMR Answer Sheet Challenge: (non-refundable) ₹200 per question
Methods for Contesting the Answer Key:
1. Go to [http://neet.nta.nic.in] & (https://neet.nta.nic.in/), the official NEET website.
2. Apply for the Answer Key Challenge: Select the 'Apply for Answer Key Challenge(s)' link.
3. Sign in with your birthdate and application number. After entering the shown security pin, click "Submit."
4. Choose the Test Code Booklet: Select the code for your booklet.
5. Examine Queries: 'Correct Option' will be displayed for each question, which will come in a sequential sequence.
6. Challenge an Answer: Check the box next to the option(s) you believe to be incorrect if you disagree with it.
7. Upload papers: Upload all supporting papers in one PDF file if you have any.
8. Save and Pay charge: Once your claims have been saved, go ahead and use Paytm, Net Banking, or a Debit/Credit Card to pay the processing charge online.
9. Download Receipt: You can download and print your challenge receipt following a successful payment.
How to Question Recorded Responses and OMR Answer Sheets:
1. Go to [http://neet.nta.nic.in] & (https://neet.nta.nic.in/), the official NEET website.
2. Sign in with your birthdate and application number. After entering the shown security pin, click "Submit."
3. OMR Challenge: Select the 'OMR Challenge' option from the menu on the left.
4. View Questions: Questions with the 'Captured Response' as noted on the OMR sheet will be presented in sequential order.
5. Contest a Response: Pick the question you want to contest and select the appropriate response under "Candidate's Claim."
6. Submit and Pay cost: After saving your claims, send them in and pay the online processing cost.
7. Download Receipt: You can download and print your challenge receipt following a successful payment.
Key Points:
- After June 29, 2024 (up to 11:00 PM), no challenges will be entertained.
- Only online challenges that have been paid the processing fee will be accepted.
- The answer key will be updated if a candidate's challenge is approved, and the results will be announced using the updated answer key.
- No personal messages about the approval or disapproval of challenges will be given.
