Brahmanbaria Medical College, located in Ghatura, Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila, has been a private medical institution since its establishment in 2013. The college is affiliated with the University of Chittagong and began its journey with the enrollment of 50 students in its 2013–14 academic session. It offers a comprehensive five-year MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) program, followed by a mandatory one-year internship.

Recognized by the government of Bangladesh, Brahmanbaria Medical College is also affiliated with various international and national organizations, including the MCI, BMDC, NMC, WHO, and the University of Chittagong. Graduates receive their MBBS degrees from Chittagong Medical University.

The college is linked with Brahmanbaria Medical College Hospital, an advanced 400-bed hospital, that provides students with practical training and clinical experience. Additionally, it operates under the same management as Brahmanbaria United Nursing College and United Care Institute of Medical Technology. Eligibility

• NEET Qualification is Mandatory
• The students must have studied Physics, Chemistry & Biology as core subjects
• The candidates must score a GPA of 7 or above
• GPA in Biology must be 3.5(60%)
• The students must be at least 17 years old
• The year of passing Class 10 should not be before 2021
• The Year of passing Class 12 should not be before 2023
• Minimum 40% in all subject
• The aspirants should not hold a gap of one year after the 12th standard
• Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
